- 2 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

- Optional: flaky sea salt and microgreens for garnish
Instructions
- Arrange sliced peaches and tomatoes on a serving platter, alternating them.
- Tear the burrata into pieces and place on top of the fruit.
- Scatter fresh basil leaves over the salad.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
