This baked cod with lemon and garlic is a quick, healthy, and flavorful dinner. The fish is baked in a buttery lemon garlic sauce until flaky and tender, making it perfect for a weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 (6-ounce) cod fillets
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
