Juicy chicken skewers coated in a savory garlic Parmesan crust, cooked to perfection in the air fryer. An easy, flavorful dinner or appetizer.

- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes if using.
- In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, and minced garlic.
- Dip each chicken cube into the butter mixture, then roll in the Parmesan mixture to coat.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers, leaving a little space between pieces.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, spray the skewers lightly with cooking spray before air frying. Soaking skewers prevents burning.
