    • 2 cups pancake mix
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 eggs
    • 45 strawberries, sliced
    • 1 banana, sliced
    • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
    • Nonstick cooking spray

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a sheetpan with parchment paper and lightly spray it with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Stir until well combined and a smooth batter forms.

  3. Pour the pancake batter onto the prepared sheetpan, spreading it out evenly to cover the surface.

  4. Layer the sliced strawberries, banana, and chocolate chips evenly on top of the pancake batter.

  5. Place the sheetpan in the preheated oven and bake for 5-10 minutes, or until the pancakes are puffed up and golden brown on top.

  6. Remove the sheetpan from the oven and allow the pancakes to cool slightly. Slice into squares or rectangles and serve warm.
