Description

Juicy chicken skewers coated in a creamy ranch, garlic, and Parmesan coating, grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving a small space between pieces.
  6. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and golden.
  7. Serve hot, optionally with extra ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, let chicken marinate for up to 4 hours. Use fresh grated Parmesan for best results.
