A fun and creative way to serve nachos using a bundt pan for a unique presentation.

For the Crust:

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer half the tortilla chips in the bundt pan, followed by half the cheese, black beans, tomatoes, and jalapeños. Repeat layers.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Carefully invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate to release the nachos.
  5. Top with sour cream, guacamole, cilantro, and green onions before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
