Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- 1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey/maple syrup, melted butter/oil, and cinnamon to create the glaze.
- 3. Brush both sides of pineapple pieces generously with the glaze.
- 4. Arrange pineapple in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
- 5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are golden brown and caramelized.
- 6. For extra caramelization, brush with additional glaze after flipping.
