- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until well combined. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
- For the frosting: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, beating until creamy.
- Spread frosting over cooled bars. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before slicing. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
If using frozen cranberries, don’t thaw them before adding to the batter to prevent excess moisture. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
