- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving overhang on two sides.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Whisk in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
- Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Lift out using parchment, then cut into bars.
Notes
For a festive twist, add a teaspoon of orange zest. Store bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
