- For the Sliders:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 12 slider buns
- For the Buttery Garlic Glaze:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 12 small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
- Place patties on prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in honey and parsley, then set aside.
- Once patties are done, brush each with the buttery garlic glaze.
- Spread a spoonful of cranberry sauce on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Place a turkey patty on top, then cover with the top bun.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
For a spicy twist, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze. Sliders can be assembled ahead and reheated lightly.
