This cowboy butter dipping sauce is rich, savory, and loaded with garlic, herbs, and a kick of red pepper flakes. Perfect for steak, seafood, or crusty bread.

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, thyme, oregano, parsley, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Serve warm as a dipping sauce for steak, chicken, seafood, or bread.
Notes
