Description

A delicious twist on the classic Caesar salad, this chicken Caesar pasta salad combines tender chicken, al dente pasta, crisp romaine lettuce, and a creamy Caesar dressing for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (such as rotini or penne)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup croutons
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cooked chicken, romaine lettuce, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss until well coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Top with croutons and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt-based Caesar dressing. Add cherry tomatoes or bacon bits for extra flavor.
