This Chicken Bacon Caesar Pasta Salad combines tender chicken, crispy bacon, and al dente pasta tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing. Perfect for potlucks, picnics, or a hearty side dish.

- 8 oz (225 g) rotini or penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, chicken, bacon, and cherry tomatoes.
- Pour Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Add Parmesan cheese and parsley, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve cold or at room temperature.
Notes
For extra crunch, add croutons just before serving. Substitute grilled chicken for a healthier option.
