Description

  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa (drained of excess liquid)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, taco seasoning, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, salsa, green onions, and cilantro. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Tightly roll up the tortilla, applying gentle pressure to keep the filling compact. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
