Description

These cheesy chicken crescent rolls are the ultimate comfort food, perfect for any occasion. They feature a creamy chicken filling wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough and topped with a buttery, cheesy sauce.

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place a heaping spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides slightly. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with parsley. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the crescent rolls.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
