A delightful summer appetizer combining creamy burrata, salty prosciutto, sweet peaches, and crunchy crostini.
Ingredients

- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly.
- Break burrata into pieces and spread over each crostini.
- Top with a slice of prosciutto and a peach slice.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with basil.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
