- 1 pre-made pizza crust or 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Place pizza crust or rolled-out dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a small bowl, mix ricotta with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly over crust.
- Scatter blackberries on top of ricotta.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and edges are crisp.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle fresh basil on top.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
