For the Crust:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds and half of the sliced strawberries.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with remaining strawberries before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
