For the Crust:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the chia seeds and half of the sliced strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with remaining strawberries before serving.
