- 1 (8 ounce) block feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place feta cheese in the center of a baking dish.
- Arrange cherry tomatoes around the feta.
- Drizzle olive oil over feta and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle garlic, salt, and pepper over everything.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until tomatoes are blistered and feta is soft.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh basil.
- Serve warm with crusty bread or crackers.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of balsamic vinegar before baking.
