Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 ounce) block feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place feta cheese in the center of a baking dish.
  3. Arrange cherry tomatoes around the feta.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over feta and tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle garlic, salt, and pepper over everything.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until tomatoes are blistered and feta is soft.
  7. Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh basil.
  8. Serve warm with crusty bread or crackers.

Notes
