Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 large apple (such as Honeycrisp or Granny Smith), thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Lay the bread slices on a work surface. Spread softened butter on one side of each slice.
  2. 2. Flip two slices over so the buttered side is down. Layer on the brie slices, apple slices, and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
  3. 3. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
