Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, granulated sugar, and salt.
- Add almond extract, softened butter, and egg; mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cool, generously dust with powdered sugar using a fine sieve.
Notes
