- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Wooden or metal skewers (if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine chicken cubes, olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours) to marinate.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if needed.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F) and lightly browned.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning. Cooking time may vary depending on air fryer model and chicken cube size.
