- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, chopped bell peppers, and onion. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F) and the vegetables are tender.
