These air fryer bacon wrapped pickles are crispy, creamy, and bursting with flavor. They make the perfect low-carb snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 24 dill pickle slices (spears or chips)
- 12 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or your favorite dip)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Wrap each pickle slice with a half-slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
- Place bacon wrapped pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket, not overlapping.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until bacon is crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly. Serve with ranch dressing.
Notes
For extra crunch, use thick-cut pickle chips. You can also brush the bacon with a little brown sugar or sriracha honey before air frying for a sweet or spicy twist.
