  • Author: Home Cook Extraordinaire

Description

A creamy, sweet, and crunchy grape salad that doubles the deliciousness with a perfect balance of flavors. Ideal for potlucks, brunches, or as a refreshing side dish.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • For the Salad:
  • 4 cups seedless red grapes, halved
  • 4 cups seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the Topping:
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. 2. Gently fold in the halved red and green grapes until evenly coated with the cream mixture.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, brown sugar, and crushed graham crackers to create the topping.
  4. 4. Transfer the grape mixture to a serving dish and sprinkle the topping evenly over the top.
  5. 5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. 6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter version, you can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream and use a sugar substitute. The salad can be made a day ahead—just add the topping right before serving to maintain crunch.
