- 4 cups seedless green grapes, halved

- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- 2. Gently fold in the halved red and green grapes until evenly coated with the cream mixture.
- 3. In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, brown sugar, and crushed graham crackers to create the topping.
- 4. Transfer the grape mixture to a serving dish and sprinkle the topping evenly over the top.
- 5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
For a lighter version, you can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream and use a sugar substitute. The salad can be made a day ahead—just add the topping right before serving to maintain crunch.
