- 4 cups seedless watermelon (cubed)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

- Lime wedges

- Watermelon cubes
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- 1. Blend watermelon cubes in a blender until completely smooth (about 1 minute).
- 2. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp (optional for smoother texture).
- 3. Stir in lime juice, cold water, and honey (if using). Mix well.
- 4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- 5. Pour over ice and garnish with lime wedges, mint, and watermelon cubes.
Notes
For a fizzy version, replace water with sparkling water. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days (shake before serving).
