Step into summer anytime with this refreshing Watermelon Green Tea. It’s a vibrant blend of sweet watermelon, zesty lime, and soothing green tea that promises a burst of freshness with every sip. This delightful concoction is perfect for hydrating on a hot day or simply enjoying a healthy, antioxidant-rich beverage.


Ingredients

  • 2bags green tea
  • 2 cupswater
  • 4 cupswatermelon, fresh and chunked

Instructions

  1. Heat water until just before boiling and steep the green tea bags for 3 minutes. Remove bags and allow tea to cool to room temperature.
  2. Puree watermelon chunks until smooth. Strain through a sieve for a clearer juice, if desired.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled green tea, strained watermelon juice, and fresh lime juice. Stir well.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator or serve immediately over ice for a refreshing drink.

Notes

Add a touch ofhoneyor agave syrup if extra sweetness is desired.Garnish with mint or basil leaves for an added pop of flavor and freshness.
