Description

A warm, gooey Brie cheese topped with roasted holiday fruits like apples, pears, and grapes, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) wheel of Brie cheese
  • 2 medium apples, cored and sliced
  • 2 medium pears, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh grapes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the sliced apples, pears, and grapes with olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the fruit mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until softened and slightly caramelized.
  4. Place the Brie wheel on a serving platter and top with the roasted fruits.
  5. Bake the assembled Brie in the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is warm and gooey.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving with crackers or bread.

Notes

For a festive touch, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nuts. Serve immediately for the best texture.
