- 1 (8-ounce) wheel of Brie cheese
- 2 medium apples, cored and sliced
- 2 medium pears, cored and sliced
- 1 cup fresh grapes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, toss the sliced apples, pears, and grapes with olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the fruit mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until softened and slightly caramelized.
- Place the Brie wheel on a serving platter and top with the roasted fruits.
- Bake the assembled Brie in the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is warm and gooey.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving with crackers or bread.
Notes
