Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the blue raspberry syrup and water. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring gently, until it thickens slightly. Set it aside to cool completely before using.
- In your blender, add the milk, vanilla bean ice cream, ice cubes, and optional sugar. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Drizzle the cooled blue raspberry syrup along the inside of your serving glass, creating a swirl effect. Pour the blended vanilla frappuccino into the glass, being careful not to disturb the syrup design too much.
