  • 14 ozcan sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cupssemisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cupmilk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cupunsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoonpure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspooncayenne pepper (adjustable to taste)
  • Optional: red sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan withparchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a mediumsaucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, semisweet and milk chocolate chips, and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Adjust the cayenne to suit your taste for spice.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with aspatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Once set, use theparchment paperto lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into squares and garnish with red sprinkles if desired.

Notes
