- 14 ozcan sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cupssemisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cupmilk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cupunsalted butter
- 1 teaspoonpure vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoonground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspooncayenne pepper (adjustable to taste)
- Optional: red sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking pan withparchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- In a mediumsaucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, semisweet and milk chocolate chips, and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Adjust the cayenne to suit your taste for spice.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with aspatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Once set, use theparchment paperto lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into squares and garnish with red sprinkles if desired.
