For the Crust:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, Nutella, powdered sugar, and egg yolk until smooth.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of Nutella mixture over brownie batter. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely before cutting.
