Description

A festive crescent ring filled with turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese, perfect for holiday appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Unroll crescent rolls and arrange into a ring shape on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the turkey mixture onto the wide ends of the crescent triangles.
  5. Fold the pointed ends over the filling and tuck under to form a ring.
  6. Brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with additional cranberry sauce for dipping. Makes a great holiday appetizer.
