Description

This festive crescent ring stuffed with turkey, cranberries, and more makes a delicious holiday or weeknight dinner. Easy to assemble and impressive to present.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated Crescent Rolls
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked turkey
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Line large cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
  2. Unroll both cans of dough into 16 triangles. Overlap wide ends of triangles in center of pan to make wreath or ring; match up wide ends.
  3. Spoon turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese, onions and pecans around ring on wide ends of triangles.
  4. Bring points of triangles up over filling and tuck under wide ends; some filling may show but will be absorbed as it bakes. Brush with egg.
  5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with additional cranberry sauce if desired. Can substitute chicken for turkey.
