Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- 1. Add the fresh pineapple chunks, coconut water, coconut milk, honey (if using), and lime juice to a blender.
- 2. Blend on high speed until smooth and well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
- 3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp (optional for a smoother texture).
- 4. Chill the juice in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- 5. Pour into glasses and garnish with pineapple slices, fresh mint leaves, and a sprinkle of shredded coconut.

Notes
