- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish lightly.
- Press the tortillas into the pie dish, overlapping slightly to form a crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, bell peppers, onions, and spinach.
- Pour the egg mixture into the tortilla crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
