Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli florets
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in chopped broccoli.
  5. Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture.
  6. Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  7. Arrange stuffed shells in the dish and cover with more sauce.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
