- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups chopped broccoli florets
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in chopped broccoli.
- Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Arrange stuffed shells in the dish and cover with more sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
