- 1 cup mixed chopped turkey
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese cubes
- 1/2 cup smoked gouda slices
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans
- 1/4 cup apple slices diced
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
- 12 mini phyllo cups or tart cups
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- Fill each cup with a small portion of turkey, a dollop of cranberry sauce, a piece of cheese, pecans, and apple.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is slightly melted.
- Garnish with rosemary and serve warm or at room temperature.
