Description

These Thanksgiving Charcuterie Cups are bite-sized servings packed with festive flavors like cranberry sauce, cheese, turkey, and more. Perfect for holiday parties or a light Thanksgiving appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed chopped turkey
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese cubes
  • 1/2 cup smoked gouda slices
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/4 cup apple slices diced
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • 12 mini phyllo cups or tart cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  3. Fill each cup with a small portion of turkey, a dollop of cranberry sauce, a piece of cheese, pecans, and apple.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is slightly melted.
  5. Garnish with rosemary and serve warm or at room temperature.
