Description

An easy family-friendly casserole featuring ground beef, creamy soup, and crispy tater tots baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Arrange tater tots on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be prepared ahead and refrigerated overnight for even more flavor. Serve with a side of vegetables for a complete meal.
