For the Crust:

- 1 can (17.5 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the Glaze:
- Reserved cinnamon roll icing
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp milk
- For Garnish:
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking dish.
- 2. Separate cinnamon rolls and cut each into 6 pieces. Set aside icing packet.
- 3. In a bowl, mix diced strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla. Let sit 5 minutes.
- 4. Arrange half the cinnamon roll pieces in baking dish. Top with strawberry mixture, then remaining cinnamon roll pieces.
- 5. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- 6. Meanwhile, whisk reserved icing with cream cheese and milk until smooth.
- 7. Drizzle glaze over warm bake. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
For best results, serve warm. Leftovers can be refrigerated for 2 days – reheat in microwave for 20 seconds. Frozen strawberries may be substituted (thaw and drain first).
