For the Crust:

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For Optional Add-ins:
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup granola (for layering)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- 1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, bananas, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
- 2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- 3. (Optional) Stir in chia seeds for added texture and nutrition.
- 4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- 5. (Optional) For layered popsicles, add a spoonful of granola between layers of the smoothie mixture.
- 6. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
- 7. To unmold, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles.
- 8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt and almond milk. If your popsicles are difficult to remove, dip the molds in warm water for 10-15 seconds. These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
