Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • For the Smoothie Base:
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For Optional Add-ins:
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup granola (for layering)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. 1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, bananas, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. 3. (Optional) Stir in chia seeds for added texture and nutrition.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. 5. (Optional) For layered popsicles, add a spoonful of granola between layers of the smoothie mixture.
  6. 6. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  7. 7. To unmold, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles.
  8. 8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt and almond milk. If your popsicles are difficult to remove, dip the molds in warm water for 10-15 seconds. These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
