  • 400g boneless chicken thighs, sliced
  • 200g egg noodles
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic, onion, and bell pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
