A flavorful stir-fry combining tender steak, juicy shrimp, and noodles in a savory sauce.

- 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over high heat.
- Add sliced steak and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Add shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes until pink.
- Stir in garlic, onion, and bell pepper, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add drained noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Toss everything together and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chili flakes or fresh chili.
