Description

A flavorful stir-fry combining tender steak, juicy shrimp, and noodles in a savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over high heat.
  3. Add sliced steak and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes until pink.
  5. Stir in garlic, onion, and bell pepper, cooking for 1 minute.
  6. Add drained noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  7. Toss everything together and cook for 2 more minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chili flakes or fresh chili.
