Description

A savory dish featuring tender steak cuts mixed with cheese ravioli, all tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak strips and season with salt and pepper; cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, add the minced garlic and butter to the skillet, and stir until the butter melts and garlic is fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated in the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
