- 2 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented

- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
- Assemble the salad:
- In a large salad bowl, add the fresh spinach leaves as the base.
- Top with blueberries, raspberries, mandarin orange segments, chopped pecans, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Drizzle the honey-balsamic dressing over the salad just before serving.
