A spicy twist on a classic Southern casserole featuring chicken and spaghetti, perfect for family dinners.

- 1 pound spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, chili powder, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix in sour cream and half of the cheese.
- Combine with spaghetti and transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
For extra spice, add jalapeños or hot sauce to taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
