Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix chicken breasts with gochujang paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes
