Description

Tender steak bites coated in spicy garlic butter served over a creamy Cajun-seasoned pasta for a bold and flavorful dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning, divided
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz twisted pasta (like fusilli)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the cubed steak with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tbsp butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, remaining Cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes, and bring to a simmer.
  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add to the sauce.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and steak bites. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning for desired spice level. Use low-sodium if concerned about salt.
