Tender steak bites coated in spicy garlic butter served over a creamy Cajun-seasoned pasta for a bold and flavorful dinner.

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning, divided
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz twisted pasta (like fusilli)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the cubed steak with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tbsp butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, remaining Cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes, and bring to a simmer.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add to the sauce.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and steak bites. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust Cajun seasoning for desired spice level. Use low-sodium if concerned about salt.
