Instructions
. Cook the Pork Chops:
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
2. Make the Gravy:
- In the same skillet, add butter and melt over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and caramelized.
