- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add warm water and olive oil, then knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal balls and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll each ball into a flat circle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
Notes
For extra fluffiness, use bread flour. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
