Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, cleaned and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the mushrooms on a grill basket or directly on the grill grates.
  4. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the mushrooms are tender and have grill marks.

Notes

These mushrooms pair well with steaks or burgers. For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
