Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the mushrooms on a grill basket or directly on the grill grates.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the mushrooms are tender and have grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired. Serve hot.
